However should you need to send flowers and gifts to any other part of Ukraine we can assist you as well. Please contact us for details. We accept and proceed orders with the telephone number of the recipient only. If you do not have the phone number of the recipient – please contact us before making your order and we will help you with this issue. Delivery fees No matter how big your order is, $15 or $500, we charge $11.99 flat fee for courier hand-delivery of your entire order. Delivery day and time issues We welcome our customers to request a specific delivery day and time. Please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Please make sure that your order information is accurate and complete in order to avoid delivery delays. During major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance. Same-Day delivery service is not offered, although it is quite possible if order is received and confirmed before 1:00 PM, Monday - Friday, or before 12:00 Noon on Saturdays, Ukrainian time (GMT+2) and you specify your preferences with Special Instructions for your order. If the recipient is unavailable We will work hard to make the delivery of your special bouquet or gift in the time frame you provided in the instructions for your order. For this we will call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time. If telephone number does not respond, we shall call later each 2 hours and our courier will visit the recipient to the address specified by the customer for a case when the phone does not work. If the recipient's address is incomplete or does not include phone numbers, we shall generally attempt to contact the recipient via telegram prior to delivery. In this case we shall ask the further instructions from you. We will use all opportunities to reach the recipient: phone, email, telegram, personal visit If we do not find the recipient within 3 working days, we will contact you for additional instructions. According to your desire we will either continue search or refund your money in full. We guarantee the delivery of your order if recipient can be found! Delivery confirmation Recipient will require to sign a form upon delivery. Form scan can be emailed to sender upon request. Courier will ask a permission to take the FREE picture or short video confirming delivery that will be emailed to sender and available for download. This is optional and either sender or recipient can refuse to do so. Order changes and cancellation If your order is en route or has been delivered according to your instructions, we will not be able to change it or cancel it. If you have submitted your order and realized that you need to change something, please contact our customer service department as quickly as possible with your order number. Quality and guarantees We guarantee the delivery of fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and plants . If the recipient is not satisfied with the freshness of your flowers, please contact us within 48 hours since delivery time and we will either replace the bouquet or refund your money. All the items presented in the sections “Electronics” are of the highest quality and come with full manufacturer's warranty. Shall it be desired by either sender or recipient, we provide FREE set-up or installation. Substitutions Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are required due to temporary or seasonal availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
